Browncross Healthcare No 1 Limited (BHL1) is an independent healthcare training and employment organisation offering services, such as the supply of reliable healthcare staff including registered nurses, healthcare managers, healthcare assistants, and other allied staff on a temporary and/or permanent basis to various healthcare establishments.

Healthcare Training

BHL1 provides in-house classroom-based training for our prospective healthcare assistants to complement their practical placement in reputable nursing homes. Our training is delivered by experienced healthcare professionals and the classes are always interactive and enjoyable for students, trainers and demonstrators.

Healthcare Staffing

A number of our previous students are currently working for reputable healthcare organisations including NHS, nursing and residential home groups, social services and hospices. They occupy various positions, such as healthcare assistants, senior healthcare assistants, team leaders, deputy managers and managers. Many of our previous students have upskilled themselves by pursuing career development vocations like nursing, social work, phlebotomy, medicine etc.

Nurses and Managers

Our registered nurses of different specialities are screened through the NMC register and our internal registration process.

We can provide you with experienced home managers, deputies, directors and other senior management staff.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Our registered nurses are encouraged to undergo continuous development training such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, principles of moving and handling, tracheostomy training, infection control update, and NMC validation training.

We ensure staff meet industry regulations and maintain best practices for residents wellbeing.
